The domestic airport pick-up location has moved back to the Ground Transportation Center adjacent to Baggage Claim.
For Domestic Pick Up: Please follow the signs to North Terminal baggage claim, then Ground Transportation Center, walk thru West 1 (W1) doors, walk over crosswalk and down ramp; Look for our shuttle.
The pick-up process for the International Terminal has not changed.

Hartsfield Jackson Parking Options
Where are you located ? Are you in the airport or close to it ?
We are located 1.2 miles and a 3-5 minute ride to the Domestic terminal and 4.8 miles and a 12-15 minutes ride to the International terminal.
What are your hours of operations ?
We are open 24 / 7 – all year round. We never close and always have a person on-site.
How often do shuttles run ?
Park’N Ticket shuttles run continuously 24 hours a day. We do have limited service to International terminal (daily from 6a-9p). During off times, you can take the ATL Airport bus to domestic terminal where we pick up 24/7.
Do you offer parking for Atlanta International Airport ?
YES – With affordable rates and a convenient shuttle service, we make International airport parking effortless and secure.
Is your parking area secure ?
Park’N Ticket has someone on property 24/7. Our well lit lot is fenced in and gated with security cameras that cover every inch of the parking facility. We taking security seriously to give our customers peace of mind while they are away.
How do you calculate parking charges?
Rates run on a 24 hour clock from the time you pull your ticket to enter the parking lot to when you exit at the cashier. You are charged an hourly rate up until the forth hour. Beyond the first 4 hours, you are charged a full day rate.
Is there a minimum number of days that I have to park?
No minimum stay is required unless you would like a reservation. Reservations require a 2 day minimum.
When returning - Where does the shuttle pick us up ?
DOMESTIC travelers are picked up at South Ground Transportation Slot D2. Directions: At South Terminal Baggage Claim, follow signs for Ground Transportation; walk thru “W2” doors, follow signs for Off Airport Parking Shuttles; take the crosswalk, follow signs to Off Airport Parking, go down ramp and cross to Row D; our shuttle slot is located on the 3rd lane at D2.
INTERNATIONAL travelers will be picked up at International Terminal Door A2. Directions: Exit baggage claim and proceed to lower level Door A2. Please call us for pick up AFTER you have cleared customs. We will send a shuttle right away. Please stay at the curb to insure pick up.

When do I pay?
If you park without a reservation, you will pay when you leave the lot. Be sure to keep your ticket and space reminder for your exit.
For reservations, you can reserve a spot on our website and pay in advance. IF YOU HAVE A RESERVATION, PLEASE TELL THE CASHIER. The cashier will need to look up your reservation.. If you stayed past your reserved time, you will be charged the overage at exit. We take all major credit cards, cash and apple pay.
How do I earn free parking in the Frequent Parker Club?
You earn 1 point for every dollar spent. It takes 78 points to earn 1 day free in the uncovered area or 102 points for 1 day free in the covered parking area. You can see your accumulated points in your Frequent Parker profile.
How do I sign up for your Frequent Parker rewards program?
How do I redeem my rewards ?
Upon checkout, advise the cashier you are wanting to redeem points as payment. Please remember points cannot be used for reservations.
What if my car is over sized
Please call to see if we have space to accommodate your over-size vehicle. Oversized vehicles are charged $20 per day and will usually park in our L row section in the uncovered lot. All vehicles with more than eight passengers must have manager approval before parking.
How do I change my Password with my Rewards Account ?
You may log into your account at parknticket.lotlinq.com at any time to change your password. If you forget your password hit the forgot password button and it will prompt you to reset your password.
How do I order a replacement rewards card if mine is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, please access your account via website at parknticket.lotlinq.com to use your virtual card. We do not reissue cards. In the event you create a new account, we can transfer all your info over to the new account for you.
