Reservation Terms and Conditions
Your credit card will be charged in full for all days reserved (the “Reservation Period”) at the time of Pay Now booking.
The Parking Spot’s rates, fees and charges are calculated “per day” based on 24 hour blocks of time. A day begins when your reservation is checked-in at the lot (via, for example, scanning a reservation QR code, Rewards Club QR code or Rewards Club account) and every 24 hours after such actual check-in time. In other words, a “day” is a 24-hour period.
Pay Now reservations will be honored during the period of 9 pm the day before the reservation check in date and reservation check out time. (“Reservation Arrival Window”). Example: A guest with a reservation for anytime on July 3rd can commence their reservation beginning at 9 pm July 2nd up until the reserved check out day/time.
No refund will be issued for any unused days.
If you stay longer than the Reservation Period, the first 24 hours will incur charges and fees at the average daily rate of your Reservation, or the drive-up rate displayed at the time of entry, whichever is less. Any additional days after the first 24 hours will incur charges and fees at the drive-up rate displayed at the time of your entry. Coupons may not be used for any days stayed past the Reservation Period. Rewards Club points will not be accepted at exit for any overstays.
Pay Now reservations are non-refundable and may not be cancelled. No Rewards Club points will be earned for any cancelled or no-show Pay Now reservations.
You may make changes to your Pay Now reservation up to one (1) hour prior to the stated reservation entry date/time selected during booking, however, any changes to the reservation will cause the entire reservation amount due to be recalculated at the rates effective as of the change date, not the rates effective on the date of the reservation booking.
Any additional charges or credits as a result of reservation changes will be credited to the credit card used to make your Pay Now reservation. In no event will refunds be issued for Pay Now reservations that are cancelled and subsequently rebooked with the same itinerary information.
In order to redeem a reservation for the Pay Now reservation amount charged to your credit card and not incur any additional fees or charges, guests must: (1) enter within the Reservation Arrival Window and stay only the number of days stated in your reservation, (2) park at the facility noted on the Pay Now reservation and (3) park in the correct parking type noted on the

Example: A guest with a reservation for anytime on July 3rd can scan the reservation QR code beginning at 9 pm July 2nd up until 3 am July 4th.
You may make changes to your Pay Later reservation up to one (1) hour prior to the stated reservation entry date/time selected during booking.
In order to redeem a reservation for the Pay Later reservation amount quoted to you and not incur any additional fees or charges, guests must: (1) enter within the Reservation Arrival Window and stay only the number of days stated in your reservation, (2) park at the facility noted on the Pay Later reservation and (3) park in the correct parking type noted on the Pay Later reservation.

If you do not agree to the Park’N Ticket Frequent Parker Rewards Card TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, please do not register. The Park’N Ticket Rewards Terms and Conditions govern solely your participation in The Park’N Ticket Frequent Parker Rewards Program, and are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions.
- Park’N Ticket will give 1 point for each dollar spent per full price day. Points can NOT be earned with days parked using special rates, free or special coupon days.
- Redeeming your points: Rewards profiles MUST be registered before you can redeem your points. It takes 78 points for 1 day free in the uncovered area or 102 points for 1 day free in the covered area. You may use up to 14 free days per visit.
- Corporate rates can be attached to your Rewards account if this is arranged in advance. Park’N Ticket reserves the right to verify if customer is allowed to receive said corporate rate. If customer is not valid for a rate and fraudulently set themselves up for a rate, Park’N Ticket reserves the right to void the Rewards account and customer will lose all accrued points.
- Transferability of Rewards Points: Rewards Points are transferable only gratuitously, and are void if bartered or sold. Lost, stolen or expired award certificates cannot be replaced.
- Modification or Cancellation of Park’N Ticket Rewards Program: Park’N Ticket reserves the right to modify or cancel the Park’N Ticket Rewards Program at any time and from time to time, without notice. Such modification or cancellation will be effective when posted on the Website. Such modification may include, without limitation, changes in the terms and conditions for the award of Park’N Ticket Rewards points, changes in the terms and conditions for the redemption of Park’N Ticket Rewards program points and the issuance of points, and changes in the terms and conditions for the redemption of points.
- Park’N Ticket reserves the right to refuse and terminate any and all service to any customer who is disruptive or threatens the health and safety of workers or customers.
- Park’N Ticket WILL NEVER SELL OR MAKE AVAILABLE YOUR FREQUENT PARKER REWARDS CARD INFORMATION TO ANYONE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS WRITTEN PERMISSION.
